Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues. The outdated condition of the building was evident in the worn-out lift, which made lugging our bags quite a hassle. Additionally, I faced problems with the room cleanliness. the sheets had noticeable stains that left me uncomfortable during my stay, and the room wasn't cleaned daily, which felt neglectful. The lack of basic amenities such as daily towel replacements further dampened the experience.

Spent three nights here exploring Rome's historic sites like the Colosseum and Pantheon. What really stood out was the spaciousness of the Double Room. it felt very comfortable after a day out. The cleanliness was also impressive, and having a lift made getting to our room easy, especially with our luggage. I'd definitely choose this place again on a return visit to Rome.

All fine, but outdated lift

The location is great for visiting historical sites, well-connected with public transport right at the doorstep, which made exploring the city very convenient.

The building exhibits signs of wear and tear, particularly the lift which feels outdated and can be cumbersome for carrying luggage.

the location was ok, but the bathroom was so old, and the towels had stains, how charming! I expected at least a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Plus, I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, absoluteley delightful! I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t after this experience.

my stay at palma residences was quite pleasant. the location is great, just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore. i appreciated that the double room looked just like the pictures and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Palma Residences In Rome. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions, yet peacefully situated away from the crowded areas. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, providing thoughtful assistance throughout my visit.

Great location but needs better maintenance

I recently spent 5 nights at this place, and while the location near the bus station is incredibly convenient, the building is quite outdated and requires better upkeep. The room vibe was uncomfortable due to the hard beds and some cleanliness issues, but I appreciated that the room was spacious and had air-conditioning. It would have been ideal if the cleanliness matched the great potential this place has.
